Yesterday was an afternoon well spent describing the process of data collection I have being employing to test my research theories. Each time I present my research I find that along with discussions I am able to recap the key questions I want to answer while introducing my methodology to a new audience. By explaining my process for the gathering and analysing of data, I am constantly questioning my approach which in turn is helping to shape a clear and detailed outline of my intentions. During this particular event I addressed the cultural context in which I am working setting out my own creative practice relative to the findings of my research thus far. While this practise is yet to been viewed in its physical form the event provided feedback in relation to my chosen framework and further areas of reading in support of my literature review.
